STEP A
Account Setup

Create an Account and Enter the Panel

Start by opening the LeeVPN account creation page. Set a username and password as prompted, then submit the form. LeeVPN does not require an email address, so the key step is to keep your username and password safe. The same user panel is used to view plans, get subscriptions, download the LeeVPN client, and manage orders.

After creation, the page will take you to the account area. If your browser returns to the login screen, sign in with the username and password you just set. Once inside the panel, confirm that the account overview and plan entry are visible before placing an order. This helps rule out an incorrect password or an incompletely loaded page before payment.

The account is used to manage LeeVPN plans and subscriptions. Do not post your username, password, or subscription URL publicly, and do not keep your session active on shared devices. When switching devices, simply sign in to the same user panel; there is no need to create another account.

STEP B
Plan Selection

Choose a Plan and Complete the Order

In the Plans section of the user panel, you will see monthly subscriptions and data packages. Monthly options include 60GB at ¥9.9/month, 250GB at ¥18/month, and 500GB at ¥28/month; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are deducted as used, remain available until depleted, and never expire. Compare your usage pattern first, then open the relevant plan for details.

If you use several applications regularly, focus on the data included with each monthly subscription. If your usage is occasional and you want to keep the data for later, review the data packages instead. All plans support unlimited devices online at the same time, but devices on one account share the data included in that plan. Consider total usage when connecting household devices or multiple platforms.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation section and check the plan name, price, and payment method. LeeVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Once the details match your expectations, follow the on-screen instructions to pay, and avoid opening multiple order pages. Return to the user panel after payment and wait for the order status to update. When the account overview shows an active plan and subscription details, continue to the next step.

If you need to adjust a monthly subscription during its validity period, an upgrade applies the price difference to the remaining days. Full billing rules, data-package specifications, and refund details are listed on the Plans page; this guide focuses only on the steps needed to connect.

STEP C
Retrieve Subscription

Copy the Subscription from the Account Overview

After confirming the plan status, open the account overview in the user panel. The subscription section provides the subscription details available to the account and a copy option. Click Copy to place the complete URL on the clipboard, then switch to the client and paste it. Do not transcribe it manually or remove any query text at the end.

The subscription URL lets the client retrieve the route list and future updates. It is not an ordinary web link: do not repeatedly open it in a browser or share it in group chats, forums, or screenshots. To import on another device, sign in to the user panel on that device before copying, reducing the number of apps the URL passes through.

When documentation needs to show the format, it will use an obviously fake value, such as:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

The address above cannot connect and is not a real LeeVPN subscription. For actual use, copy the content generated for the current account in the user panel. If the panel does not yet show a subscription entry, return to the order section and confirm the payment status. Do not search other pages or search results for a supposed universal subscription URL.

What You Need to Complete Next

The complete subscription URL copied from the current account overview is on the clipboard.

STEP D
Platform Import

Add the Subscription in Your Client

First, download the LeeVPN client for your current system from the client-download section of the user panel. The marketing site does not provide static installer links; both the client and subscription are delivered through the account panel. After installing and opening the client, look for an entry such as “Subscription,” “Configuration,” “Profile,” or “Import from link.” Paste the URL copied in the previous step, then add or update it.

Windows

On Windows, use a desktop client that supports subscription management. On first launch, open the subscription or configuration manager, choose to add by link, paste the subscription URL, and save it. Run an update and wait for route names to appear in the main route list. If the client requests permission to establish a system network connection, approve it as prompted; otherwise, imported routes cannot handle application traffic.

After importing, return to the main screen and avoid changing protocols, ports, or advanced routing rules right away. Keep the client's default settings and choose one route for a basic connection first. Adjust global proxy mode, application routing, or startup behavior later according to your software environment.

macOS

On macOS, use a compatible client that can establish a connection through the system network extension. Open its configuration or subscription manager, choose to add from a link, paste the subscription URL, and confirm the update. When the system establishes the connection for the first time, it may request authorization for a network extension or VPN configuration. Read the prompt, allow the configuration, and return to the client to view the route list.

If the subscription has updated but the connection button does not respond, check System Settings to confirm that the relevant network extension is authorized, then retry in the client. For further details on using Apple services alongside other common apps, system permissions, and M-series devices, see the technical reference; advanced rules are outside this page's scope.

Android

On Android, choose a client that supports subscription-link imports. In the configuration manager, find the option to create a profile from a URL, clipboard, or link, paste the subscription URL, and run an update. Once routes appear, return to the connection screen, choose a target route, and connect. Android will ask for permission to establish a VPN connection; allowing the system to manage the connection is required for the client to work normally.

If the system frequently pauses the connection after the app goes into the background, review its background activity and battery-saving settings so the client can keep running while connected. Menu names vary by device manufacturer, but the goal is the same: allow the client to maintain the current network connection when the screen is off.

iOS

On iOS, use a compatible client that supports subscription imports. Open it, go to the configuration or subscription section, choose to add by link, and paste the subscription URL from the account panel. After saving the configuration, iOS will ask to allow a VPN configuration. Complete the system authorization, then return to the client, update the subscription, and choose a route.

If you copied the subscription through another app, check before pasting that the URL was not automatically wrapped or truncated. A successful import is not confirmed merely by a “Saved” message: the client must update the route list, and the main screen must let you select a specific route with the connection switch. Complete these checks before verifying the connection.

STEP E
Connection Check

Choose a Route and Verify It Works

After the subscription updates successfully, choose a route from the client list that matches the target service. Start with a nearby entry based on your location, then adjust it according to the target website's region. During the first test, avoid changing several advanced options at once. Keeping the default protocol and routing mode makes it easier to identify whether an issue comes from the route, client permissions, or local network.

After choosing a route, connect and wait for the client status to change from disconnected to connected. Then open LeeVPN's network check page and see whether the current exit information has changed. A changed result indicates that system traffic is using the selected route. Next, open the website, streaming service, or AI tool you actually need and confirm that pages load, sign-in works, and content is accessible as expected.

Do not judge the result only by the color of the connection button. A connected status means only that the local connection process has started; exit detection and testing the target app complete the verification. If a page still uses the session from before connecting, close and reopen it or refresh the network request in the browser, then check again.

Once verification is complete, you can use the connection normally. To change regions, disconnect the current route first, select another route, reconnect, and check the exit information again. This avoids switching repeatedly before the old connection is released, which can make it difficult to tell which route is active.

Completion Criteria

The client shows Connected, the exit information has changed, and the target app loads normally.

If It Does Not Work, Check the Steps in Order

If no routes appear in the client, return to the account overview and confirm that the plan is still active. Copy the subscription again and update it in the client. Do not add characters to the original URL or mistake the example address for a real subscription. If the client reports a format error during the update, recopy the complete content instead of changing settings manually one by one.

If routes appear but no connection can be established, confirm that the client has the required system permissions, then disconnect and test another route. At the same time, verify that ordinary websites open on the local network without the client connected. This separates an unavailable local network from a route that is temporarily unsuitable for the current network.

If the exit check has changed but an app still does not load as expected, fully close and reopen the app, and check whether it uses its own proxy settings. Streaming content regions, AI tool session state, and browser cache can also affect results, so test with a new session rather than refreshing only the existing page.

If the issue remains unclear, submit a ticket through the user panel. Include the platform, client type, selected route, stage where the issue occurred, and any message shown on screen. Do not paste the complete subscription URL into the ticket title. Clear service records make it easier to determine whether to check the account status, subscription update, system permissions, or route selection.
